They are « from » rates and vary with the season and the length of stay: from €75 to €155 a night depending on the room. Full details are on the Rooms page. The local tourist tax is added to the total: collected on behalf of the Sud Luberon district (COTELUB), it amounts for an unclassified hotel to 5% of the net cost of the night per person, capped at €4.00 per person per night, plus the 10% departmental surcharge. Consumer mediation
Under articles L.612-1 and following of the French consumer code, any guest acting as a consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge to settle a dispute with the business out of court.
Two conditions apply before referring a case to the mediator: a written complaint must first have been sent to the hotel, by email to reservation@omammamia.fr or by post to 21 route d'Apt, 84160 Lourmarin, and the mediator must be contacted within one year of that complaint.
Online dispute resolution
The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025, following the repeal of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. Consumer disputes are now handled by the mediator named above, without prejudice to bringing an action before the competent courts.
Governing law
This website and these legal notices are governed by French law. Should a dispute arise, and once amicable settlement or mediation has failed, the French courts have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the right to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence or of the place where the service was provided.
